Summary: | Satisfaction and students’ perceptions of the quality of education are not only an indication of the future for an organization even be the best indication of the future profitability of the organization. The quality of a service closely related to customer satisfaction as the recipient of the service. And the potential outcome of a service can be provided with feedback from service recipients. For the education sector, student is the major recipient of services. Then, the result of feedback obtained can be used as a basis for the added value in the future. Therefore, the performance of a services provided can be enhanced. This study aims to identify factors affecting the level of student satisfaction for Asset and Facility Management program and to determine the factors that most influence the level of student satisfaction. The primary data of the distribution of questionnaires used to obtain information on the issues discussed and the secondary data from journals, reference books, web, proceedings papers and newspapers were also used to obtain information. Frequency analysis methods using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyse the information. Results of the study found that staff and programme, support services, student development, environment, clear expectation and the assessment method are the factors that influence the student satisfaction. The academic staff, the program, as well as support facilities (the library reference materials) are among the factors that most influence the level of student satisfaction Asset and Facility Management of academic programs participated. |
