Description
Summary:The Holy Qur'an was written without dot and signs for reading in the era of the Prophet Mohammed and the era of Sahabаh so as to make it easy to read, memorize and interpret. When many dialects of the Arabs emerged, the need for the science of Dabt arose at that time. This study investigates the dabt of Mushaf, a science concerned with the form of the words of the Holy Quran as well as its punctuation. The dabt aims at vowelizing the Quranic words so that they read properly based on what is revealed. It is also concerned with the issues of diacritical marks such as vowels, consonants, gemination, elongation, the ways Hamza is formed and the Quranic rules of assimilation, manifestation, and annexed as well as augmented rules. Moreover, this study aims at investigating the science of Mushaf dabt as well as its school. It also aims to provide a comparison between the Eastern and the Western systems in terms of intonation (Tajweed) as well as letters and the system adopted in each school taking into account the formulation, the logical order of art issues and codifying the issues of judgment and development. It also provides a balance between the two schools, which is the problem of research in the different doctrines or schools in terms of signs and meanings as well as the setting up and judgment in the development or the initial use, and in the presentation of issues that need more systematic and more accurate ways related to the order, classification, the reliance of this science on the need controller of development and judgment. The researcher also followed the analytical approach of description and extrapolation along with criticism and logical scientific reasoning while investigating the topic. This has been done through the incorporation of the two schools and what is adopted in each school. The study provides important results which represent the essence of this study and formulates significant concepts. The most important results of this study are the preferences of the balance in twenty-three issues along with important recommendations as well as the restriction of judgment of Mushaf dabt. Finally, the study encourages researchers and specialists to write and renew this science in the light of scientific criteria and standards.
