Construction projects can be delayed due to so many factors. It may be due to consultant, contractor, and client itself. The aim of this study is to investigate factors that causes delay and the effects of construction project delay on Perak Public Sector and finally to identify the relevant ways of eliminating or mitigating these construction delays.
