Traditional style also, need user to spend more time on researching process. So, as a way to overcome these situation, a computerize system is applicable with today’s environment. With this system, users have to work friendly and attractive user interfaces in process to keep, edit, find and secure the million documents. In order to develop this system, developer has to analyze current problem so that, we would appear with the best solution.
