The study also aims to identify the relationship between the four types of organizational culture which is clan adhocracy, hierarchy and market with the level of knowledge management in abovementioned organization. This research uses a quantitative research design with through random sampling. A total of 176 police officers from five unit of Traffic, Mobil Patrol Vehicle (MPV), District Common Control, Escort and Motorcycle Patrol Unit (URB) were involved in this studies. Quantitative data collected by asking respondents to fill out the questionnaire as an instrument. The study found that the level of hierarchy based organizational culture recorded the highest mean score (Mean: 3.9394), followed by a clan culture (Min: 3.8816), while the market culture recorded a value-based culture (Min: 3.8816) and the adhocracy culture (Min: 3.5653). In addition, the level of knowledge management was extensively high level with (Min: 3.8080). Overall, this study also proved there is a direct high significant correlation between the level of organizational culture and knowledge management level among police officers involved when the correlation coefficient recorded .718 with value p= .000 p <0.01 significant value.
