Summary:The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between interpersonal conflict and psychology well-being in organization among Immigration Officer at Jabatan Imigresen Negeri Johor. Quantitative study was employed and total of 248 respondents were surveyed using questionnaire instrumentation. The instrument to measure interpersonal conflict was adapted from Lim (2010), while questionnaire General Health Questions (GHQ-12), was being used to measure psychology well-being. The collected data were analyzed in the descriptive and inferential statistics to explain the regression on interpersonal conflict and psychology well-being using the social science (SPSS) version 16.0. Finding indicated that the level of interpersonal conflict and psychological well-being of Immigration Officer at Jabatan Imigresen Negeri Johor are moderate. Pearson correlation analysis indicated a significant positive relationship at low levels of interpersonal conflict with psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the standard multiple regression analysis conforming that the Imcompatibel goals (PM) was the most dominant dimension of conflict interpersonal in which influencing psychological well-being among Immigration Officer at Jabatan Imigresen Negeri Johor.
