This study used quantitative method to study the level of mentoring, supportive communication climate and knowledge sharing practices; study the relationship between supportive communication climate and knowledge sharing and also to study the supportive communication climate characteristic that most influence knowledge sharing among nurses in Hospital Sultanah Aminah. Data obtained from 322 respondents through questionnaires that distributed by representative matron to nurses in Hospital Sultanah Aminah. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 18.0. The findings of this study found that the level of mentoring, supportive communication climate and knowledge sharing practices are moderate. Other than that, there is weak positive relationship between supportive communication climate and knowledge sharing.
