Tourism infrastructures are the main aspects studied to measure the variable that could have a positive effect on the Tourists’ satisfaction and expectation levels, which consist of accommodation, accessibility, and facility. Using online survey approaches with a total number of 146 complete responses are gathered and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The results also show that tourism infrastructures can have a key role on tourists’ satisfaction and expectation levels.
