Summary:INSPEN has been acknowledged as an institute of public training that the only place offers real estate services mainly functioning as a training ground to the staff of Valuation dan Property Services Department Malaysia. INSPEN also carry out research for real estate industry as well as offering education services to SPM leavers specifically focussing on real estate field. INSPEN?s modern and sophisticated library, the Abu Bakar Baginda Library plays an important role in collecting information on real estate field specifically in the valuation and property management. Abu Bakar Baginda Library?s huge information on real estate data makes it as a main place of reference to users in doing research, cross reference as well as getting up to date information on real estate sector. It is an undeniable fact that a good learning achievement on its users is heavily influenced by the range of facilities offered. Having ample facilities in a library is very important in order to avoid any related isssues that may arise among its users. Among the facilities that offered at the library are broadband facilities, air-conditioning system, sustainable building structure and other facilities which support the usage of the said library. Hence, the main research is to identify the level of satisfaction of users on the facilities offered at the Library Abu Bakar Baginda, INSPEN. The methodology being used in this study is via a feedback form consisting of 10 facility criteria and 25 performance parameter which were referenced from multiple sources of literature. Meanwhile, in assessing users? level of satisfaction in using the library?s facilities, the usage analysis of frequency was utilized. This is to ensure that the second objective of the study is achieved. The result of the study showed that the safety facilities (building materials), health (air quality in building and health (lighting) were the main issues that contributed to high level of satisfaction to library users. Meanwhile, the comfort on facility criteria (temperature/thermal), functionality (technology) and circulation (aisle placement) revealed a low level of satisfaction od users of this library. Consequently, this study gave a huge benefit to the library management team in ensuring all the facilities that needed to be improved in order to fulfil and manage the expectation of the library?s users.
