Since then the automation process has been evolving and reached fully digital era by the implementation of eKadaster in 2010. Nowadays, Malaysia is moving towards to become a developed country. One of the factors that need to be seen is the quality of information delivery services and the information itself. JUPEM has implemented the SmartCadastre project as to assist in delivering information efficiently and not only limited to land records, but also contain other types of information. After 2 years of using the application, a study needs to be conducted to see the effectiveness of the existence of the application on the user to see its effectiveness especially in the delivery of information. The study was conducted using the questionnaire method for consumers. A total of 300 out of 330 respondents have answered the survey questionnaire. Based on the survey’s result, it was found that applications developed through the SmartCadastre project received a positive feedback from users with 92% respondents give mark in between 8 to 10 out of 10. However, there are a number of suggestions and constructive comments from users and one of it is the information presented is not up to date. In conclusion, users are satisfied with the outcome of the SmartCadastre project. Through the results of the study, several methods have been proposed for updating purpose to ensure the quality of the information presented to the user. 2020 Thesis http://eprints.utm.my/id/eprint/96802/ http://eprints.utm.my/id/eprint/96802/1/WanAhmadFarisAliMFABU2020.pdf.pdf application/pdf en public http://dms.library.utm.my:8080/vital/access/manager/Repository/vital:142799 masters Universiti Teknologi Malaysia Faculty of Built Environment & Surveying
