Description
Summary:Government land invasion has always been an important issue that needs to be addressed immediately as failure of land administration to address it will be seen as a failure on the part of the Government as a whole. The existence of borderless world-class information technology today makes the issue of aggression more difficult to deal with because any action taken by the government against intruders will be manipulated to gain public sympathy, while postponement of action will be seen as a form of compromise against intruders that tarnish their integrity and name good enforcement agencies. In this regard, the present study seeks to identify ways of implementing enforcement on government land intrusion, issues and issues encountered in implementing the process against the state government; and the actions taken to address these issues and concerns. Interviews with identified respondents have successfully identified issues and concerns such as recruitment, equipment, work and legal processes, policies and policies, human factors, opportunity and use of VIP names. Several strategies and actions have been taken to address issues such as collaborative monitoring and enforcement of collaboration involving various agencies, sharing and sharing of equipment and facilities, review of legislative provisions, policies and policies, work cycle setting and tenure, review and refinement. More careful applications and more frequent education and awareness programs. Several suggestions for improvement were also made at the end of this study, such as granting a Temporary Occupation License to the Putrajaya Corporation which is expected to address existing issues and issues more efficiently.
