Summary:Teachers are agents of change in charge of the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE). They are constantly faced with various changes taking place in the world of education in the 21st century and are always ready to implement whatever changes take place in the national education system. Today, 21st Century Teaching is a major agenda of education. 21st century teaching can create a fun learning environment as well as improve student performance in a subject. In addition to creating meaningful learning, teachers can produce human capital with high potential. 4K skills (communication, collaborative, critical and creative) are one of the elements that students must master in 21st century teaching. In this educational transformation, level six teachers are no exception. They play an important role in producing highly skilled form six students who are able to compete globally. However, the achievement of form six students in the STPM Economics subject in the Kluang district is not encouraging. Therefore, this study is about the implementation of 21st century teaching in the subject of Economics form six in the district of Kluang. This study was conducted to examine teaching activities that support the mastery of communication skills, collaborative, critical thinking and creativity of students in Economics subjects and examine the problems faced by teachers in the implementation of 21st century teaching activities for Economics subjects. This study is a qualitative study involving six Economics teachers from three schools in the district of Kluang, Johor were selected as study participants. The data collection method used in this study was interview. Qualitative data were collected, analyzed by theme analysis method. From the analysis of the study that has been conducted, it is found that the Form Economics teachers in the district of Kluang implement various activities that support the skills of the 21st century. Yet teachers face various problems in the implementation of 21st century teaching.
