Summary:The Covid-19 pandemic changed the flow of the national education system from conventional learning to digital learning. This learning is categorized as a major platform in the teaching and learning process causing educators to move fast to the digital education revolution. This study aims to examine the readiness of teachers towards the teaching and learning of digital learning during the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic among cluster school teachers in the district of Johor Bahru. In addition, this study also examines the readiness of teachers in terms of attitudes, knowledge, infrastructure facilities and problems faced by teachers during the teaching and learning of digital learning. The design used in this study is a quantitative design. A total of 231 teachers from Johor Bahru district cluster schools were involved in this study. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. This study was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software in the form of descriptive statistics, namely percentage, frequency, mean and inferential statistics using Anova. The results of the analysis of the study showed that the level of readiness of teachers in terms of attitude, knowledge, infrastructure facilities and problems faced by teachers were at a high level.
