Summary:This study examines the relationship between safety leadership and safety attitude as independent variables and safety performance as the dependent variable. The study managed to obtain 84 responses among the employees that working in Padang Besar Container Terminal (PBCT). Therefore, to accomplish the research objective, researcher had conducted a quantitative analysis by distributing survey questionnaires to the respondents. Data were analysed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26 as the tool to measure the relationship between safety leadership (β = .327), safety attitude (β = .529) and safety performance. In short, the study had successfully answered its research questions and fulfil the research objectives and the findings of the study has contributed in terms of theory and also practice about the safety performance at PBCT and also to the other inland ports. In a nutshell, all the four direct hypotheses that have been proposed are accepted and shows a significant value.
