Description
Summary:Previous research stated that there are research gaps exist between the general information of safety technology and macroergonomic approach in organization and its importance to occupational safety and health practise in the field. The main objective of this research is to analyse the relationship between safety technology usage, macroergonomics approach towards safety climate outcomes. Instrument used for this research is structured questionnaire to measure the main variables which are safety technology, macroergonomics and safety climate via 6-point of Likert’s Scale. There were 375 of workers from construction company involved as the respondents for this research. The data was analysed using descriptive and multiple regression method via IBM SPSS Version 26. The results showed the influence of safety technology and macroergonomics approach towards the positive safety climate outcomes from the organization. The implications of these findings were discussed for both general theories and its safety approach.
