The survey included 204 employees from one aluminum manufacturing factory who completed a self-administered questionnaire. The raw data was analyzed using SPSS version 26. To accomplish the study's purpose, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were performed. Correlation analysis revealed a moderate relationship, and regression analysis reveals that safety compliance explains 30.2% of the variation in management commitment, safety training, and safety rules & procedures.
