The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of employees on the Effectiveness of the Performance Management System (EPMS) with regards to the Performance Appraisal Process (PAP) and Reward System (RS). Data were collected from 56 individual employees using a questionnaire survey instrument. The data were analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 28.0. The ruslts of this study showed that the correlations between PAP and RS with the EPMS were not significant. These findings supply valuable insights in the understanding of acumens towards EPMS among sampled employees to develop a more comprehensive Performance Management System (PMS).
