Questionnaires were used and analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. The result from the data analysis showed that the two of the variable is significant to the MSD with the different of the class size and sign coefficient; which is the psychological and physical variable. These variables are the most influential to the MSDs among lecturers in the KUPTM Kuala Lumpur.
