The variables are applied following the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) & Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This study uses a quantitative approach that conducted the distribution of questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed to employees in Lembaga Tabung Haji Headquarters representing the zakat payer in Kuala Lumpur. Consequently, the data were analysed by using SPSS Statistical program.
