الملخص:The purpose of this project is to propose a prototyping of web-based Meeting Scheduling System (MSS) for generating the best recommended time to hold a meeting. The main objective to develop the Meeting Scheduling System is to cut leader’s time. A leader is the person who wishes to initiate a meeting but the meeting time should be convenience to each member. Online system enhances a meeting initiation. The web based system is operating 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. By eliminating the need for leader to traveling and phone to each member, cost and time also reduced. The MSS enable sends e-mail through integrated address book, and provides an alternative way to get member response online and generates the recommended time to leader. Besides that, the system is also designed to help the leader manages his member address book in the way more effectively. The methodology chooses to use to develop the online system comprises a sequence from one phase to the next involving together four phases. The phases are system analysis, system design, system development and the system testing. System analysis is the process of gathering information about the current system, the user requirements and analyses the information. System design decides how to build the new system. In the system development phase, the software and programming language are used to develop the system. Finally the system will be tested in the system testing phase before fully implemented.
