Summary:In today's modern world, women are successfully showing off their skills in many fields. Other than that, men and women are equally going to work and elevate their economic position or status. But the responsibilities of working married women are many times greater than men. In Malaysia, although the participation rate of women in the employment sector has increased steadily in recent times, according to 2012 World Bank study, over 60.5% of Malaysian women leave the job sector due to domestic responsibility factors. Therefore, the study examine the social support system that needed by working women in balancing work and family roles. The objective or research question of this case study is how family roles of women effected by their work and how work life of women effected by their family roles. A cross-sectional study was chosen for this study. A total of 138 respondents were involved in this study. Data were gathered through questionnaires and was being analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25.0. This study applied descriptive statistics, ANOVA and inferential analysis to examine the relationship among the variables. The multiple regression analysis of demographical profile shows that there is a significant and positive relationship work-life balance of married women. The implication of this study is that organization should take appropriate action during human resource planning as the determinants in increasing employee’s job satisfaction and reduce work-life imbalance of married women. Other than that, here also discuss about how work life imbalance leads to other problems in married female employee life. This paper also, suggested the ways of improving the work life balances in the working married women life
