总结:The study was undertaken to examine the acceptance and application level of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations among workers in Sharp Electric Factory at Batu Pahat, Johor Darul Ta'zim. Workers from production and technical division were selected as the research samples. There were 291 workers were selected as a respondent and were asked to answer a questionnaire which consists of demographic factors (such as gender, age, job tenure and OSH training attendance), behavior, and OSH training aspect as well. SPSS Version 10.1 was used to test 7 hypotheses in this research. Statistical tools such as Pearson Correlation, T-Test, Regression Analysis and One-Way Variance Analysis or One-Way ANOVA were used. The result reveals that there a significant relationships between behavior and OSH training towards the level of acceptance and application of OSH regulations among workers. Besides, there are significant differences between age, gender and job tenure towards dependence variable. For the factor of OSH training attendance, the result shows that it has no significant relationship towards the level of acceptance and application of OSH regulations among workers. Regression analysis shows that behavior and OSH training factor does not significantly influence the level of acceptance and application of OSH regulations among workers.
