This study aimed to determine the relationship between safety climate and safety performance in Company X. Safety climate were explained by supervisor safety, safety training, safety rules & special safety training, and job pressure. Online self-administrative questionnaire was applied for data collection which involved 80 respondents from the Development & Technical Services Office of Company X. Raw data was analysed using SPSS software version 26.0. The Pearson correlation analysis showed a strong positive correlation between safety climate and safety performance in three out of four dimensions of the safety climate. The three significant dimensions were supervisor safety, safety training, safety rules & special safety training. Nonetheless, job pressure was an insignificant relationship with safety performance. Multiple regression analysis shown that the safety climate dimensions had a significant impact on safety performance. Thus, three dimensions of safety climate which were supervisor safety, safety training, safety rules & special safety training need to be considered for any safety programme.
