Therefore, this study is conducted with the intention to capture factors that might influence work stress among the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP) investigation officer and assistant investigation officer. The study examines the direct relationship between organizational justice, job demand and work environment and work stress. A total of 329 questionnaire were distributed online through Google form to all investigation officer and assistant investigation officer in Peninsular Malaysia. Response rate was 100%. In this study, hypotheses for direct effect were tested using multiple regression analyses. Results showed that all ther variable tested (organizational justice, job demand and work environment) were significantly positively related to work stress.
