The study was a quantitative cross-sectional survey study of 150 respondents. A structured questionnaire created using Google form was used to collect data from respondents who were included in the study through convenience sampling. SPSS software was used for data analysis with linear regression and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to test the hypotheses proposed in the study. Knowledge of patient management, behavioral competencies, and skills were found to be high among the non- MOH first responders. Additionally, the results show that first responders' knowledge of patient management, behavioral competencies, and skills were among the significant factors contributing to SOP compliance among the first responders.
