Working Class This study aimed to determine the relationship between the safety climate factors (management commitment towards safety, safety attitude, communication and safety training) towards safety performance among workers who work under a paper manufacturing company in Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang. 278 set of questionnaires used and distributed to the selected respondents in the paper manufacturing company. All data obtained from the questionnaire had been analysed with reliability test, Pearson correlation test analysis by using the Software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 27. From result obtained, showed that there is positive relationship between management commitment towards safety, safety attitude, communication and safety training, with safety performances.
