Summary:Occupational stress is a global phenomenon that occurs around the world which affects the health, performance and general well-being of an employees. The concept of occupational stress was described closely related to main concept known as stress. In related to that, this study aims to examine the relationship between anxiety regarding infection control and discomfort caused by personal protective equipment (PPE) towards occupational stress among Occupational Therapist in Johor. Research design, population and sampling technique, data collection procedure and data analysis for this study has been used quantitative research approach. For data collection purposes, 147 occupational therapist who work in Johor are involved. However, after data screening, only 103 data have been used for the analysis using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0). Data collected for this study was analyzed with descriptive and inferential analysis. Correlation analysis shown that very weak positive correlation between anxiety regarding infection control and discomfort caused by personal protective equipment (PPE) towards occupational stress. Furthermore, regression analysis shown that there are no significantly related to occupational stress which are anxiety regarding infection control and discomfort caused by personal protective equipment (PPE).
