A total of 300 respondents were interviewed, and 168 questionnaires were distributed to employees who had used virtual meeting technology. The data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 26. The findings showed that employee engagement was positively related to employee performance. On the other hand, the adoption of virtual meeting technology was positively associated with employee performance, however, motivation did not have a positive or direct effect on employee performance.
