The main purpose of this study is to study the influence of workload and work environment on work stress among Assistant Medical Officers in Hospital Melaka. For data collection, approximately 166 sets of questionnaires were distributed to Assistant Medical Officers at Melaka Hospital. Then, the data was analysed using IBM SPSS version 26. The results obtained through analysis showed that workload and work environment have a positive relationship with work stress. With this finding, it can help provide useful information to the Melaka Hospital management regarding employee well-being.
