Summary:Safety performance plays a crucial role in reducing injury and accident rates in the workplace. The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between safety management commitment, safety training, safety motivation, and safety performance. This study was conducted at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Selangor, involving 137 respondents using a questionnaire survey. A quantitative research approach was employed, and the population technique was used. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27 was utilized to determine the relationships between safety management commitment, safety training, safety motivation, and safety performance. Descriptive statistics, reliability tests, Pearson correlation, and normality tests were employed to analyze the data. Data analyzed from this study indicated that safety management commitment, safety training, and safety motivation have a significant correlation with safety performance. The findings of this study are discussed, along with implications and suggestions for further research. Therefore, this study benefits University of Tunku Abdul Rahman, Selangor in improving the safety performance in the organization.
