Nevertheless, the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic has caused many organizations to adopt remote works. Hence, it is highly important to investigate whether these forced environmental changes in the workplace, especially for the remote workers, as their job performance could be impacted. This study is conducted with the intention to capture factors that might influence remoter workers’ performance. The study examines the direct relationship between perceived organizational support, job autonomy, communication, self-efficacy and remote workers’ performance. A total of 274 questionnaire were distributed to remote workers after permission was granted by the organization. Response rate was 92.23% where a total of 253 were returned. In this study, hypotheses for direct effect were tested using multiple regression analyses. Results showed that only job autonomy and self-efficacy were found positively related to remote workers’ performance.
