These factors are chosen because they are found to be important factors, as it was recommended from a previous study. As such, there is a need to scrutinize these factors. The objective of this study is to examine the implementation levels of supply chain technology in warehouses operation, to examine the influence of three variables of organizational culture, employee training and education and top management support on the supply chain technology implementation in warehouses and to investigate the challenges faced during the technology implementation. The study is a cross sectional study where data was gathered just once with minimal researcher’s interference. Data was collected using email questionnaire sent to a total of 400 companies that across various industries. A total of 35 respondents were obtained and used for the purposed of this study. Three hypotheses were tested in the data analysis process. Statistical analysis used in this study were descriptive analysis statistic, multiple regression analysis and descriptive frequency analysis. Based on the findings on descriptive analysis statistic it is confirmed that the implementation levels of supply chain technology in warehouses was at a high level with the mean value of 68.9714. Another important finding on multiple regression analysis was that the influence of organizational culture, employee training and education and top management support were found to be significant in explaining the variance on the supply chain technology implementation in warehouses operation. The finding concurred with descriptive frequency analysis that the top management support are the top challenges faces during the technology implementation, while the least challenges faces are employee training and education. In addition, limitations to the study and suggestions for the future research are also presented in this study. In conclusion, the findings obtained in this study can be a guide for managerial practice and supply chain practitioners to implement SCT for the future undertakings. Moreover, it is hoped that this study could provide a platform for researchers and academicians to conduct research in the area of supply chain, SCT and technology implementation in Malaysia. 2023 Thesis https://etd.uum.edu.my/10928/ https://etd.uum.edu.my/10928/1/Depositpermission-829950.pdf text eng staffonly https://etd.uum.edu.my/10928/2/s829950_01.pdf text eng public other masters Universiti Utara Malaysia
