This study’s population comprises teachers from national primary schools situated in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The overall target population for this study is 2658 teachers. The respondents for this study were selected through a stratified random sampling technique. The present study employed a quantitative research methodology, specifically utilizing a cross-sectional design. Additionally, the set of questionnaires was distributed to a random sample of 338 teachers in order to collect the necessary data required for this study. The study achieved a response rate of 96.7%, which was then utilized for the following analysis. For the purpose of analyzing the data, it was carried out using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27. Findings from the Pearson’s correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis, variables such as compensation, training and development, performance appraisal and career planning demonstrate an enormous impact in determining teachers’ job satisfaction. Practically, the data indicate teachers show desire in engaging in career planning process hence attention should be directed towards this aspect. In the context of Malaysia, this study has revealed the interplay and synergy across various human resources management practices have collected impact on shaping teacher’s job satisfaction.
