This study utilized a quantitative approach and employed a cross-sectional study design. A convenience sampling technique was used to determine the sample. Out of the 200 online questionnaires distributed, 173 usable questionnaires were returned, resulting in a response rate of 87%. Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis were used to confirm the research hypotheses. The analyses revealed that transformational leadership positively influences workforce agility, whereas organizational management practices exhibit a negative influence on workforce agility. These findings, however, cannot be generalized to other levels of employees within the same hotels or to different hotels in other regions of the country.
