Summary:Employee Engagement is an important factor in achieving organizational and individual goals. In this study, organization communication, job satisfaction and pay and benefits was treated as independent variables while dependent variable is employee engagement. This research aims to study on factors influencing employee engagement in manufacturing sector. The research conducted using survey method and a total of l03 questionnaires were distributed to the employees in the company. The results were analysed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 29.0. From the data analysed, the findings show that organization communication, job satisfaction, pay and benefits have a positive relationship towards employee engagement. The findings from this study are used as references and suggestions for future research to improve the employee engagement among the employees in THL Manufacturing Sdn Bhd.
