The research conducted using survey method and a total of l03 questionnaires were distributed to the employees in the company. The results were analysed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Version 29.0. From the data analysed, the findings show that organization communication, job satisfaction, pay and benefits have a positive relationship towards employee engagement.
