Summary:Life satisfaction is valuable to every human being, and it is also important for employees throughout their working careers. However, there are some issues that occur in the field of employment, where job satisfaction is still moderate among employees. This study aims to analyze the influence of achievement, recognition, motivation and Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction among employees at the Melaka Islamic Religious Council. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach. A total of 152 people will be the sample size for this study, representing the entire population of employees who work in twelve (12) divisions at the Malacca Islamic Religious Council. The data of this study was analyzed using the analysis of statistical tools, which is the Statistical Package for Social Sciences 29 (SPSS 29) by examining the profile of respondents, correlation, and regression analysis. The results of this study show that there is a significant positive correlation between achievement, recognition, motivation and Islamic work ethics with job satisfaction among employees at the Melaka Islamic Religious Council. The results show that achievement has the highest influence on job satisfaction.
