The quantitative approach of panel data regression is used on data obtained from 40 selected Shariah Approved Company (SAC) listed on the stock exchange annual reports. The data also additionally accessed from Datastream. Findings that PER is significantly related to dividend yield of SAC. On the other hand, NAV has a significant relationship with dividend yield of SAC. The findings of this study are valuable to management and firms in determining an effective dividend policy for the firm.
