Summary:This study examines the impact of capital structure on the profitability of FinTech companies that are listed under the Main and Ace market. Data from a total of 30 Fin Tech companies for 7 years period from the year 2015 to the year 2021 was collected from the Bursa Malaysia website in completing this study. On top of that, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis, together with Generalised Least Square (GLS) method using Random Effect are used in analysing the impact of capital structure on Malaysian public-listed FinTech companies. The output of panel regression analysis Models resulted in a significant positive relationship between the size of the companies and their performances for both ROA and ROE examined. However, a significant negative relationship was highlighted between the short-term debt and total debt of the FinTech companies against the profitability measured. It is notable that only ROE reported a significant negative result against the total debt of the companies whereas ROA highlighted the absence of a significant relationship accordingly. Finally, an insignificant result was obtained for both the long-term debt and sales growth against FinTech companies' performances accordingly
