Furthermore, attitude was found to be the most important predictor influencing teachers’ intention to join the scheme. This study has implications for policy makers, school administrators, and stakeholders in providing a positive, supportive environment for teachers to make an informed decision about their intentions to participate in the Family Takaful Scheme. The findings have implications for policy makers Takaful Provider and stakeholders in designing strategies to increase participation in the Family Takaful Scheme. Future research should further explore what other factors may be associated with teachers’ intention to join the scheme. In addition, further research could also investigate the effectiveness of strategies implemented to promote family takaful participation. 2023 Thesis https://etd.uum.edu.my/11207/ https://etd.uum.edu.my/11207/1/s828808_01.pdf text eng 2026-12-20 staffonly https://etd.uum.edu.my/11207/2/s828808_02.pdf text eng public other masters Universiti Utara Malaysia |
