Finally, the examination of the effects of work-life balance, and social support and its influence on organizational citizenship behavior was also undertaken. A survey was conducted using a online format questionnaire and the data were obtained from employee’s self-ratings. The data was then been analysed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software.
