description The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Islamic Work Ethic and organizational commitment among academic staffs in Matriculation College Arau, Perlis. The study also examined differentiated in demographic factors towards an organizational commitment. Beside that, this study also to see the dimensions in Islamic Work Ethic influences organizational commitment. Data collection was done through questionnaires and there were 95 respondents. Statistical Package for Social Sciences was use to analyzed the data. Results were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, bivarate Pearson Correlation, and regression to test hypothesizes. The result of the study showed that three dimensions in lslamic Work Ethic significantly related to organizational commitment. The also showed that only one dimension in Islamic Work Ethic was significantly influenced the organizational commitment. Future research suggested to test in the government sectors with large number of respondents.
