As such, the objectives of this study are to examine factors (i.e. organizational commitment, eco-friendly behaviours, and green motivation) that may influence hotel environmental performance among employees in the hospitality industry, specifically hotels. A total of 201 respondents participated in the study to report on the hotel environmental performance, organizational commitment, eco-friendly behaviours, and green motivation. Data was analysed using multiple regression analysis via SPSS. The findings reported that all of the independent variables had impacted hotel environmental performance significantly and positively. The study provides valuable insights on the importance of organizational commitment, eco-friendly behaviours, and green motivation in improving hotel environmental performance in the hospitality industry.
