This study involved 242 teachers from seven secondary school in the district of Yan under the administration of Kuala Muda/Yan District Education Office. Kedah Darul Aman. The data has been analysed using the descriptive statistics method to find out the frequency, percentage, mean, and the irrelevant factors. The inference statistics method is used to test the hypothesis through the test and Pearson correlation. The result of the study has shown that, as a whole, there is a moderate transformational leadership behavior among the principals. It also concluded that gender, age, service duration and school grade did not affected the principal leadership behavior. On the other hand, there is a significant relationship between the principal leadership behavior and teachers' job satisfaction and motivation and also between the job satisfaction and motivation.
