Therefore, this research had done to identify the environment factors and product factors which could influence the people in order to buy a residential property in Changlun and Bukit Kayu Hitam area. Each factor has separates with some aspect to see the important value by people when they want to buy a house. The result had showed that product factors and environment factors are very important for people when they are looking a residential property. These factors also include house status, house furnishing and house location.
