Data obtained was analyzed using the SPSS software. It was tested using the reliability test for the questionnaires and for the descriptive analysis in order to get the frequency, percentages and means, t-test and ANOVA were used to find the differences in means based on the demographic criteria, correlation analysis to determine the strength of relationship between job satisfaction and occupational hazard and regression analysis
to determine whether occupational hazards influence significantly on job satisfaction. The findings showed that job satisfaction and occupational hazard were at moderate level and there was no significant means differences in job satisfaction based on demographic criteria. However, there was a significant moderate negative relationship between job
