الملخص:This study was undertaken to examine the determinant of achievement of school cooperative management among the cooperative teachers in Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman. The objectives of this study were to investigate; a) relationships between management function and skills with achievement of school cooperative management, b) relationships between knowledge and experience in business with achievement of school cooperatives management, c) relationships between communication skills with achievement of school cooperatives management, and d) the influence of all independence variables on achievement of school cooperatives management 40 respondents from 12 secondary schools within Kubang Pasu, Kedah Darul Aman participated in this study. A set of questionnaire containing 55 items using five points Likert-type scale and 10 items using two-points was applied to measure the achievement factors that influence the achievement of school cooperatives management. Four main hypotheses were constructed for this study. Statistical tools such as Pearson correlation and Multiple Regression were used to test these hypotheses. The results revealed that a) there were significant relationships between management function and skills with achievement of school cooperative management, b) there were no significant relationships between knowledge of business and experience with achievement of school cooperatives management c) there were significant relationships between communication skills with achievement of school cooperatives management, d) Management function and skills as well as communication skills also showed significant influences on the achievement of school cooperatives management. Some suggestions were offered based on these findings.
