This programme consist the elements of collegiality and aimed at its practically among the headmasters. The effectiveness of this programme is measured by the job satisfaction of the teachers in the school involved. Survey method is used in this research by which the researcher himself developed the questionnaires. There were 35 headmasters and 121 teachers from 35 schools taking part in this research.
