Types of bullying on this study are personal attack,physical threats, work-related and underestimating. The result of this study show that workplace bullying happened in Malaysia public sector at lower level. Workplace bullying behaviors most always happen to government servant are being ignored or facing a hostile reaction when someone approach. According to hypothesis test show that there are significant between workplace bullying based on gender, position level and job
experience. Differences between position level show that grade 1 to grade 17 are being more bullying in the workplace. For the job experience show that between 1 year to 5 year are more personal attack bullying and for the job
experience between 16 year to 20 year are more underestimating bullying. |
