description The purpose of this study is to investigate the correlation between learning organisation and readiness to change in Ibupejabat Polis Kontinjen (IPK) Kuala Lumpur. This study also to determine whether dimensions occur in learning organisation namely create opportunity learn continuously, promote dialogue,promote cooperation and team learning, create system for knowledge sharing,empowering to achieve vision with, linking organization with his environment and provide strategic leadership for learning influence readiness to change amongst officers and policeman in IPK Kuala Lumpur. As many as 305 respondent involved in this study. The data was analyzed using “Statistical Package for Social Science”(SPSS) version 15. The result shows that levels of all learning organization dimension was high, while readiness level to change also was low. Analysis using Pearson correlation indicates that six from seven learning organization dimension organization having significant relation with readiness to change. While analysis of multiple regression also show only two-dimensional only by significant influence readiness to change. Dimension promotes dialogue contributing positively but dimension promote cooperation and team learning also contribute negatively. There is perception difference on learning organization dimension based on age factor and education level, while perception difference on readiness to change also based on age factor and length of service. Therefore, the management of Royal Malaysia Police(RMP) should focus factor promote dialogue and promote cooperation and team learning, to increase readiness to change.
